FOUNDER
Guat Ling has been a part of the accounting industry since 2000. After graduating from The University of Sydney with a major in accounting and commercial law, she joined Deloitte Malaysia for 5 years before she and her family immigrated to Melbourne in 2007. Since then, she has gained various experience with local boutique accounting firms including an AFR Top 100 accounting firm before she decided to set up her own accounting and consulting business.
Alongside her passion for accounting and tax, her exposure to a diverse range of clients has enabled her to develop a comprehensive accounting and tax knowledge as well as a skillset to understand the business operation of small to medium-sized enterprises, families and individuals.

ACCOUNTANT
James is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate majoring in accounting and finance from Monash University. James is dedicated, competent and detail-oriented who prides himself on going beyond what is expected and surpassing clients’ expectations.
James is passionate about helping clients to get the most out of their accounting software through automation and streamlining the process. He is also a champion for Individual tax returns who knows all deductions available to obtain the optimal result for our clients.

Hon Wai has over 20 years of experience in public accounting practice, with experience in both auditing and taxation. He is presently the principal partner of Messrs. MW. Phong (Formerly known as HW Phong & Associates)
Hon Wai graduated from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia with a Bachelor of Business and adopt’s a philosophy to grow with his clients through his services in terms of quality and professionalism, always adopting a personalised, practical and proactive approach.
